This equipment is accordance with IEC60529、GB4208-2008 and GB10485 dustproof test method, also DIN40050  Road vehicles IP (international protection) - protective type of foreign substance, water, and protection of electrical equipment and IP5K0 level provision in dust test, and standard IEC60335-1(GB4706.1), IEC60884-1（GB2099.1）, IEC60598-1（GB7000.1）, IEC60950（GB4943）of enclosure protection class IP5/6X level test of household appliances, low voltage appliances, IED lamp, automobile and motorcycle parts.

1.         The chamber body structure is accordance with standard IEC60529(GB4208-2008).According to the standard ,the internal structure diagram shall be designed on the basis of following schematic diagram:

2.         Internal material: High quality SUS stainless steel;

3.         External material：High quality A3 spraying steel panel;

4.         Dust chamber door: A3 steel spraying embedded multilayer toughened glass observation window (with sweep dust function),is advantageous for observing condition of sample to be tested. Adopting double silicon seal, have a good sealing property, easy to open and close;

5.         Sample holder:2 layers, netted(removable);

6.         Lifting jigs: Installed in the top of inside chamber, load-bearing 100kg;

7.         he bottom of the chamber designed with special dust collecting and replacing device, with a opening to take dust out, making it convenient to collect and replace the test dust;

8.         Temperature range: 15~35 ℃(can set and adjust. This temperature is in order to ensure the dust dry, no agglomeration, but doesn’t represent the temperature uniformity and fluctuation inside the chamber);

9.         Fust for test: Dry special talcum powder, 2kg/m³～4kg/m³ adjustable, use no more than 20 times. Heater is installed in the cycle air path to heat dust avoiding the dust condensation;

10.     Equipped with special electromagnetic oscillator, convenient to collect test dust into the lower fan air-inlet pipeline, avoiding dust piling up in around and joints due to electrostatic effect ,so that affect the test result and accuracy;

11.     At the bottom of air duct is designed with special protection screen, to prevent foreign bodies fall off. The protection screen is easy to replace(or changing into mesh);

12.     The metal mash size: Nominal wire diameter is 50μm; Mesh hole size: 75μm;

13.     Provide test hole: 1;

14.     Blower: High quality centrifugal fan;

15.     Control and operation system: Intelligent controller: Adopts import PLC + touch screen, respectively set and control blow fan, dust oscillator, vacuum system, sample power supply and total test time. With following functions:

A．  Blow dust time(stop/start):Continuous/cycle blow dust select any time setting. Cycle period can make any adjustment.

B．   Preset time range: 0～24H adjustable, Vibration time: 0～24H adjustable;

C．   Sample power supply: Electricity off-on-off

16.     Power supply of sample to be tested: Level IP67 special dustproof socket(Match up with special plug);

17.     Pipeline system: Vacuum system: Equipped with vacuum pump, Vacuum pipeline system; Vacuum pressure adjustment, air filtration, three pressure regulation parts and connection pipe and other accessories;

18.     Equipped with vacuum pressure gauge, meet any situation adjustment of pressure< 2kPa;

19.     Flow range: 0.15~1.5L/min and 1~12L/min (any choose);

20.     Airflow velocity: Sucking rate is 80 times of volume of enclosure under tested, evacuation rate is no more than  60 times of volume of enclosure under tested per hour, and the airflow speed shall allow the dust uniform distribution in the chamber. The airflow in the chamber is mainly top-down vertical airflow, non-laminar;

21.     Airflow control by vacuum pump can meet airflow velocity requirements;

22.     Security system: Overheat, leakage protection, Blow motor and vibration motor overload protection.
