This device is designed and manufactured accordance with requirements ofIEC60529 (GB4208-2008) of Enclosure protection class IPX7 level. Applied to waterproof test of luminaire and household  electric appliance.

1．  Main frame uses thickening of 304 stainless steel material (ribbing reinforcement);

2．  The upper part of water tank is square type, dimension approx.1M*1M*1.3M(h);

3．  The lower part of the water tank for two layers design, making the impurity do not affect the test procedure;

4．  Use stainless steel grid space between up and down, as the bearing surface of the sample at the same time, the maximum load bearing is 100 kg;

5．  Due to the tank is high, according to the buyer's site conditions, equipped with stair step on the edge, convenient for taking and placing samples and maintenance;

6．  Water tank boundary with water level marks (with sample bearing surface is zero), convenient for test proceeding;

7．  With 2 channels temperature measurement, respectively for measuring water temperature and sample temperature, digital instrument display;

8．  The other is equipped with the corresponding water, drainage, drain cleaning and overflow pipeline, according to site condition connecting pipes.
