This device is designed and made according to the relevant requirement of the standards of IEC60695-2-2, IEC60695-11-10, IEC60695-11-5, IEC60335-1, IEC60884-1, IEC60598-1, IEC60950, etc. It is used for burning resistance test of nonmetal. It has the advantages of simple and convenience, accurate, reliable as well as practical. It is suitable for flame resistance test of quality test institutions and relevant enterprises.
This equipment has two types. One is button type and another is touch screen type. The latter type adopts 7-inch PLC touch screen, specialized software to control and is equipped with remote controller.
1. Needle burner: Inside diameter = Φ0.5mm±0.1mm, Outside diameter ≤ Φ0.9mm, Length≥35mm
2. Gas supply: butane or propane with a minimum purity of 95 percent and provided by yourself. The air doesn’t allow to enter into the burning tube
3. Flame height: 12mm±1mm(adjustable)
4. Flame temperature gradient of gas: 100℃±5℃~700℃±3℃, test time: 23.5s±1.0s (should be verified by temperature calibration device)
5. Ignition ground plate: 10mm-thickness pine board coated with standard silk paper (12g/m2~30g/m2)
6. The distance between specimen and pine board: 200mm±5mm
7. Timer tolerance: ≤0.5s
8. Testing time and burning time:1~999.9s(digital display, can be preset)
9. Burner tiltable angle: vertical when adjusting and measuring flame height, 45° when doing test
10. Distance between top center of burner and specimen remains is 8mm±1mm
11. Temperature calibration and verification device: controlled by imported instruments automatically, equipped with Φ4mm±0.01mm and 0.58g ±0.01g copper block (optional)
12. Thermocouple used for temperature calibration and verification: imported, insulation, high temperature resistance and armored thermocouple of Φ0.5mm and nickel-chromium/nickel aluminum K type material (optional)
